Delbert Shanklin has been a resident of Fort Bend County for 23 years. Delbert is a native of Freeport, Texas where he graduated  from  Brazosport  High School. After graduation from high school, Delbert attended LAMAR UNIVERSITY in Beaumont, Texas and was graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing.
