Undeliverable names are credited one for one. Exp. (.35 + 45= [$ .80 per name homeowner].

Names are not separated demographically by income, age, occupation etc.

* Phone numbers are not included.
* Names are shipped USPS - delivery confirmation during the first week of every month.

You are billed monthly at (.30) per name for new residents.

You are billed monthly at (.35) a name for new homeowners.

*

Monthly $3.50 flat rate shipping charge per order. (Not per zip code).

Zip code deposits are subtracted from final invoice upon cancellation.

* Payments for names are due monthly on receipt of names no later than the 30th of the month the names are received.

Names are shipped within 45 days if ordered after the 20th of the month .
* Names ordered prior to the 20th of the month deliver the first week of the next month.

Names are delivered on pressure sensitive labels unless otherwise requested.

Names can be delivered on disk or in email format.

* Payments received later than 20 days past due date automatically cancel delivery of names.
* We “COLLECT” on delinquent accounts.
* Service may be reinstated if account is brought to a current status.
* Because of the service nature of our business, we do not automatically bill your credit card. Invoice payments must be mailed to our office or initiated online with Master Card, Visa, American Express or check.

I have enclosed a one time $30.00 non-refundable computer programming and set up fee plus a $20.00 (refundable) Zip Code deposit. I understand that the names and addresses of new residents for these areas will be supplied monthly on pressure sensitive labels. You will bill me monthly for these names at the rate for the subscription length I have chosen above, plus a monthly $3.50 postage and handling fee. If I have chosen the Monthly option this agreement will remain in force until I notify you to stop. Such notification must be made before the 20th of the month to be valid. I further understand that the names and invoice will be sent to me the first week of each month and that my payment is to be made no later than the 30th of the month. I certify that these names are for my own use only and that I will not duplicate, copy, supply or sell them to others.
